I’ve been going to Encinitas Ranch Dentistry since before Dr. Kay took over the practice. He and his whole staff are absolutely the best to work with. The office and equipment are all state of the art. The quality of care is first tier. They have always put my dental health as the first priority, no up sells for unnecessary procedures. He and his dental and office staff are the best and have my highest recommendation.
We are very happy with Dr Kay’s practice - his work of course but also his pleasant demeanor and willingness to explain and discuss options - he’s a great dentist. The hygienists are all terrific - a new team member (Sarah) is a great addition! Office is run with competence - the billing is clear and accurate, I’ve never had to wait for a scheduled appointment, and they make every effort to help with unscheduled needs.
My family and I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years and they do good work. The office staff is amazing. Everyone is kind and supportive. Maria is my favorite hygienist, I always leave with a plan for improving any problem areas with my daily routine.
Pretty sure Sarah is new, and she was great. 10/10 and even taught me how to hold floss correctly. No wonder it was so hard!
