I,m responding to Encinitas Plumbings reply to my original review. You didn't really respond to the reason for the exceedingly high labor cost (Over $400. for 20 Minutes work). Lie #1- The plumber said it would take 15 minutes not 30 to do the work. It took exactly 20 minutes. Lie # 2- The bill was paid in full the next day, after a threatening eMail from you stating you would put a lien on my home if the bill was not paid immediately. Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional service. Locally owned too which is always good to support local businesses! Highly recommend this team for any plumbing needs that you have.
I haven't used a plumber in years as family could do simple plumbing. Now I would highly recommend Encinitas Plumbing, Cameron so helpful and everything is working!
Not sure how this business has 4.7 stars. As previous reviewers have stated, this business significantly overcharges for their services. The plumber that came out was extremely nice and helpful, but if you have questions regarding the excessive estimates the business owner Tim won't talk to customers and instead hides behind a women at home answering the phone who says she doesn't know why the charges are so high and the owner isn't available to answer questions.
