I had a leaking faucet and I sent them a picture and the original invoice with the faucet model number and without asking, Suzanne contacted the company and had the company send me the parts sent to me for free (saved a lot of money and time) . And the repair was done professionally promptly afterwards. Very pleased all around. Thanks again Suzanne.
