I had a PPI done with these guys for a car I’m selling for a customer. The buyer had the PPI done here. The shop was very rude to my assistant, who was a single mom with two kids. Very rude.. Then they proceeded to tell the buyer that they’re overpaying for the car and the car is only Wirth 110. This is a service shop. They don’t sell cars. Our transmission went out while we were traveling with our family, and Charlie’s Foreign Car truly went above and beyond during one of the most stressful parts of our trip. They welcomed us to stay in the lobby while we figured out an Uber and our next steps.
