I would like to commend Elizabeth Fogo on the amazing job she's done thus far a property manager. It has been a refreshing experience as a tenant of Encina Meadows, and vastly improved from the previous management staff. She is responsive and attentive to tenants' needs, while also embracing the concept of community. This place is Amzing, house are beautiful and the amenities are awesome. Love all the employees, special thanks to Elizabeth Fogo, such a wonderful soul always available to help and quick to respond. I would recommend anyone to leave in Encina meadows!
Elizabeth is the best apartment manager I’ve ever had! She’s professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive to any issues or questions. Whether it’s addressing maintenance requests quickly or ensuring the property is always well-maintained, Elizabeth goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and comfortable. Her communication is excellent, and she genuinely cares about the well-being of the community.
I've been living here for about a year and a half, and Encina Meadows has always treated us reasonably well and fairly. Critical maintenance is responded to promptly, and while non critical could be faster, it's not egregious. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. People at the front office (currently Elizabeth) have always treated us with kindness and professionalism, and it's not too difficult to reach out with questions or concerns.
The burrito, orange juice and salsa breakfast was such a treat and a time saving blessing on a Friday morning. It wa delicious! Our management team at Encina Meadows is always generous and kindby h and caring for all our needs. Thank you!
