I had applied i-1730 in August 2019 for my wife and children. I have not received any approval letter in this regard for the last three to four years. I then made several appeals to USCIS officials. No suitable answers were found for that either. I then contacted Congressman with the help of Attorney Elitsa Encheva. With their help they accepted my request and agreed that they would expedite it.
