Good rates and ease of use.
It’s great to be able to call and get a person on the other end at most any time. As well, everyone is extremely helpful and is interested in the customers welfare not just the companies.
I have had commercial policies here for years. For 2-3 years, my payments to the insurer were held in suspense as they had an unknown computer glitch. My agent (Jennifer) treated me with disgust and actually told me to go find another agency as I showed in non-payment. Of course, I put up with her best effort to humiliate and embarrass me as I have NO TIME for this type of stuff. Finally, I took the time, reached the insurer and solved the issues. Can't tell me if they've charged my account. Cant tell if the payment went through. Cant stop an autopsy. Charged me a day before the due date.
