I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Enchantment Legal. From day one to the very end, communication was inadequate. Despite making my needs and concerns very clear, I had to chase down basic updates with constant emails and well over 40 phone calls - most of which went unanswered or vague. There were repeated mistakes, including sending a certified copy of my documents to my ex-husband's address, even after I promptly provided the correct one. Unfortunately, I’m unable to pay for an attorney, but they did offer a great consultation and Jake with the management helped and gave me lot of knowledge and answered questions I was unsure about. So even though I’m unable to afford an attorney, I appreciate the great service and giving me some guidance in the Steps. I should take.
