Great service, but one customer was extremely rude, when only one tech was on when they barely opened and after a few minutes other techs arrived. The customer acted as if she had zero time for her pedicure, I was fed up with her attitude, so I kept saying, I have time, I can wait and go help her (just to shut her attitude down.) Come to find out she was off of work and had plenty of time she was just being a rude customer.
$60 for gel x for a nail to pop off and bumpy “French nails and above that them complaining that they have to do what I’m asking talking about “she wants black and red why can she just pick on color” rude so rude but I didn’t say anything because I’m not the type to start a scene and start fighting but here what I got at the end
Spent $55 (dipping powder) after being quoted $45 on shorter natural nails that were not shaped properly at all, still even after asking they be corrected… I won’t return.
I love Hana work. The environment is so welcoming and everyone is so nice. The prices are so reusable
I am a older guy and pedicures are amazing! Nice people
