Ordered a premium arrangement for a friend and the arrangement was more like the lowest of the three options. Called owner. She claimed she would give me refund to the mid-grade which was not a fair compromise but also never received the refund. I will never use this florist again and do not recommend them at all

Thank you for such a wonderful arrangement. My sister passed and my employer and fellow workmates sent a beautiful arrangement from Enchanted. They were not only beautiful they were a aromatic and lasted over a week and a half. Thank you for such an arrangement of white roses with touches of various purples. I ordered flowers for my anniversary 10 years. The flowers were beautiful. The balloons look beautiful and she loved the teddy bear. They called me to make sure I was home. They arrived when they said they were gonna be here. The lady that delivered them was very nice the little detail extra on the ribbon my wife liked so I would give the flower place of 100%. They did a great job. I would encourage other people to get their flowers there. Thanks again for nice flowers and everything else. Have a good day Scott.

I cannot say enough kind things about this Florist. My father had to be buried the next day, and Enchanting Florists pulled through for us. The person on the phone was sympathetic and did a great job. The flowers arrived at the cemetery on time and are beautiful. They helped us during this very difficult time.

Patricia did the flowers for my wedding and they looked amazing. I sent her photos of what I wanted for bouquets and centerpieces and she made my vision come to life.
