I give 0 stars if I could. Most unprofessional experience I've had in a long time. Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude and was irritated by the quality of the call connection. I am calling them to try and spend my money and because of a bad connection I was treated rudely. So much for you being a preferred installer by enphase. I'll spend my money elsewhere where and treated with dignity and respect.
A well organized, orientated, presentable family owned business with great customer service and outstanding quality.
A speedy install allowed me to start saving electricity and I am very satisfied. I was able to custom engineer my system with the help of the owner, John; and got the perfect amount of solar panels for all of my electrical needs. The process was very friendly and fast and everything went as planned. I would recommend Enchanted Solar over other solar companies.
These people came over and installed my panels very professionally. The system is great and they are the best people on this earth! I'm off the grid mom!
