A dear friend made the difficult decision to end treatment and enter hospice. The entire staff at Enchanted Sky - administrators, nursing and medical staff - were amazing. Even though she was only in their care for a short time, our friend was lovingly cared for, and the staff continued to reach out after her passing to ensure we were all supported and also cared for.
Enchanted Sky was referred to me by a friend who was pleased with the care given to her mother. Having experienced the complicated process when my sister passing at home without the benefit of hospice, I contacted Enchanted Sky when George was close to moving on to his next great adventure. Enchanted Sky hospice felt like we were at our ranch in Bernal, NM. My sister boasted about how beautiful her new room was. She was next to the window looking at the birds and trees which reminded her when she was a little girl. When we were met by Jia, who told us she’d be taking care of her, we felt her compassion and love and understanding as to how frightening this transition was for me. Have worked with Enchanted Sky with multiple clients of mine. Their experience, compassion, and response time with all their staff has always been outstanding. The bed side manner of the nurses and aids have been so caring and calm. It brings a very positive energy to the home! Amazing group!
Enchanted Sky Hospice was a GOD SEND to us! Had been looking forever....and low & behold on a Holiday weekend, when no one else would come - - - Our nurse Ashley showed up in 45 min from our call.....and was the most amazing, gentle, caring, productive person I had contact with in months! She was an angel - and from there on out, the entire staff was excellent! Very attentive. Mom only lived 1 week - but these folks were there for me every step of the way! Highly recommended!
