I ordered a basket of various plants for a sick friend on behalf of a group of people on Friday mid- day to be delivered that day. I attempted to reach them to ask if flowers could be added, but there was no voicemail set up and no one answered the phone, I sent a message with the order. I tried TWICE to call the business during the order process. No one answered the phone, and the message was that the voicemail was not set up. Since it was a web order, there was an email address for communication as well, No one has ever reached out at all. I do not know where the message the owner stated was left, but it was not on my phone, I have contacted the BBB 3 times in my life. This friend is 90, lives with her daughter, so the choice was deliberate. Of course, that is communication comes in. I worked over 60 hours... read more
