this company makes terrible products. they seem like they should be convenient and great solutions, but they manufacture and provide faulty equipment to paying customers, then when it fails due to product quality, do nothing to help except try to get MORE money. replacement with another system would be too costly, and they know that, so they charge insane amounts for any kind of repair. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Recently saw them in a news article. Seems like they're trying to rebrand traditional backup power as "microgrids". I don't know who they're trying to fool but be careful as it looks like they have some pretty sleezy marketing tactics.
