staff was nice, Dr - she is smiley and friendly until you ask a question, then she questioned my ability as a parent who she thought was concerned. At no time should a customer be belittled for asking a question.
My son went there and he just keeps talking about how friendly all the staff were, and that they have a great sense of humor; made him feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Ludden was pleasant and professional. The staff were very helpful in all aspects of the process of getting his glasses and picking out the frames that matched his ugly mug. He definitely recommends them.
Got help picking out frames from 7 choices i had selected. Cant wait for them to come in!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Great with children as well!
Lazy can not get glasses adjust right can read better without them

I love enchanted mountain eyecare. Tracy is wonderful. I wish they accepted children under 5. I was told by EME to go to Allegany Eye Associates and the doctor there was HORRIBLE! I have never left an appointment that mad, upset, emotion in my life! I do NOT recommend that you send people to that place!!!!
