Just horrible customer service and experience. The guy doesn't know how to run a business. Go To A Miracle of Massage in Aurora by the dam. Or use the gal in the same office as this joker, Massage at Wash Park.
I have been a client of Nikolai's for about 1-1/2 years. He has knowledge regarding physiology, etc. MILES beyond most massage therapists. His sessions for me combined massage, stretching, and DEEP tissue work - and in less than a year, his treatment resolved altogether pain and issues I'd had for 35+ years.
