Some of the care givers were great - others had no idea what they were doing. After our mother passed we were promised a refund. She never paid. Lied again and again.
This company had all the answers. Our caregiver was pleasant and very respectful. We could be assured that all our needs were going to met. I would have to say that even though we were taken care of professionally, we felt our needs were on a personal level.
The owner was very professional and on time. She was able to take care of My son and I. I will be using Enchanted hearts home care again.
If you want unprofessional and unreliable, Enchanted Hearts is for you. Made an appointment for a very important medical appointment. Quanisha was a no-call, no-show. Shame.
The owner is nothing short of amazing!! She is hands on, very helpful and knowledgeable. Enchanted hearts cared for my love one and I was amazed by how kind, compassionate, caring and just great they were. I would highly recommend this company !!
