Enchanted Florist was amazing! We are in Tampa for my daughter’s graduation from USF and we are from across the state. I called earlier this week to order a specialized bouquet and was easily able to describe what I wanted, pay over the phone, received my receipt via text, and arranged to have the bouquet delivered to our hotel the morning of. Worst vendor experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. I hired this florist for my engagement setup and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. When I first spoke with her, she already had an attitude. After we agreed on a price, she tried to raise it to almost double just because we wanted to add more flowers. I showed her a circular setup. What was delivered and what I ordered were very different. If they didn’t have the flowers I ordered they should have called or emailed me but they made no attempt to contact me. I’m very disappointed. The colors and the flowers chosen were not the same. Bummer.
