I have had the pleasure of using them twice. Once was for the happiest day of my life and one unfortunelty the saddest. I used them for my wedding, I went in looking for prices and after the 2 hours Janet the owner spent with me I decided my search was over. I told her my vision and she took it to the next level and to a place I never could imagine. I was not much for flowers and even considered not having them, but she changed my mind. Very poor customer service. Employee didn't know what was going on at the shop. The owner is very hard to get a hold of to make any complaints. When you leave messages for the owner with employee there are no call backs.
