I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into the shop and received an amazing greeting with courteous help on the arrangement or even something small for the occasion that was coming up the flowers always stayed fresher than any other shop I’ve ever tried in Northwest Arkansas. They will always have my business
Carla is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Both Carla and Mandy were very helpful when I walked into their shop blind and I was just looking for a cute bouquet of flowers for my daughter for her birthday. I am not super savey when it comes to plants and what it takes to take care of them, but Carla took the time to tell me all about the orchids and the Lilly’s and how to take care of them so they last longer. According to the owner, this is not a store front and you will be questioned by her when you try and enter the building, even with a giant OPEN sign on the window. Looked like they had lots of houseplants but the owner so rude that I didn’t even try to look. One of the workers sells plants on marketplace and I was there to pick them up. *I do want to say the flowers I purchased from the employee off marketplace are beautiful and worth every penny. My boyfriend sent me flowers and paid over 100 dollars for something that looked NOTHING like what he ordered. He paid extra for it be delivered before 1 pm and it wasn’t delivered until after 4. No roses 🌹 no bow nothing. Absolutely nothing like the picture. No response when he wanted answers and to request a refund. It appears this is not a one time deal with this place. Other customers reviews very similar to mine. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I got better flowers 💐 at the farmers market.
