My wife booked us for a couple massage as a surprise for my birthday today! The staff was very accommodating, polite kind and respectful. We are not local to the area but they treated us as we were long time clients. As far as my massage goes, what can I say? I'm truly relaxed and feeling great. I want to thank the staff at Enchanted Day Spa and not to mention my wife for one of the best birthday ever.
Horrible service. Booked 2 appointments for Saturday. Went and girl at desk said they cancelled them because we didn’t confirm! When she showed us the number she was texting it was the wrong number! Isn’t booking the appointment 2 days before a confirmation? Never had to confirm before. Very unorganized and unprofessional. The girl at the desk was rude and very inconsiderate. Will never go there again and will let all of my friends know of the horrible service and we are locals!!!!
