This is the 2nd time this year I received flowers as gifts from the enchanted cottage and the 2nd time I’ve been disappointed. The staff was very nice when I voiced my concern about the freshness of the flowers on the first delivery and remade the arrangement and redelivered. It was for my 25yr work anniversary sent from my employer. This one today is for my birthday and the arrangement is in the condition much like the first one i received. Made me 2 corsages and 2 boutonnières 30 min before they close! Awesome service, beautiful arrangements and great atmosphere!!
They were super friendly I needed a last minute request for a funeral and they did amazing, for such short notice I highly recommend them for any flower needs you may have!!!
One of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering flowers. I paid 60$ expecting a large, full bouquet like the one clearly advertised, but what I received was a tiny, sparse arrangement that looks nothing like the photo. It feels extremely misleading and honestly like a complete rip-off for the price. The quality and size are nowhere near what was promised. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely never order from here again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers what they advertise.
