I honestly had such a good experience here! After my appointment I got a little anxious about my hair ( always overthink when it comes to color ) and they responded so fast and had me come right back in. Both Jules and Monica were SO sweet and understanding they explained everything, made sure I felt comfortable, and took amazing care of me. You can tell they really care about their clients and want you to leave happy. I left feeling so much better. Also I LOVE the dogs there they make the whole vibe even better!

I’m incredibly particular when it comes to my hair, especially as someone with naturally very dark brown hair. For years, I struggled to find a blonde specialist who could achieve the look I wanted without leaving my hair brassy. Sabrina is amazing. Love love love how my hair turned out! picture is after & before lol. I was so stressed because my old color wasn’t blending at all as it grew out, but she fixed it beautifully. Honestly, it’s the best result I’ve ever had and I have thick Asian hair which isn’t always easy. I’m new to the area and had a hard time finding the right stylist, even got rejected at one place. But Sabrina nailed it. The balayage and haircut were both perfect. I would definitely go back.
I don’t often post reviews, but when I get exceptional service and exactly what I want, I feel inclined to do so. So here I am to rave about Crystal Pun. Went in today with a vision and she understood the assignment, A+. This has been the first time in about 4 years that I saw a stylist who understood what it was I wanted and delivered.
