While I have had fantastic experiences with Dr. Kapadia, I cannot say the same for the male orthodontic physicians I have encountered. On two instances now, with two separate male physicians, I have been touched multiple times when their involvement required no physical touch for the purpose of the appointment. Been coming to Encanto for several years now for cleanings and such. Dr. Kapadia and staff have always been friendly, professional and courteous.
I like the way they make you feel comfortable and they explain what needs to be addressed on my teeth. Love the conversations, from front desk to the cubicles in back office, they are exceptional! I'm happy with my Encanto family.
Hygienist was careful, and thorough. Explained my dental condition well. Had a nice touch.
