I had very positive experience today at Encanto Family Dental with Dr. Gopi Kapadia. From start to finish, the care I received was top-notch. First, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Dr. Kapadia is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She explained every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely at ease the whole time. Great oral hygienist (Lisa) explained everything and was gentle … then moved on to the major procedure (3 hours) and the dr and her assistant were phenomenal … caring and friendly … I hugged them both because even though a long and arduous procedure they were great and made me feel like I mattered to them … front reception was great and explained everything to me and helped me with all my questions … overall great experience and you don’t normally hear that about a dental visit
I had a quite a wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
