Everyone who works here is excellent including the front desk staff.
I went here back in September with my son to have him diagnosed for autism. They looked at him for 10 mins tops and said they would need a follow up appointment in January ( 4 months away). He starts school in the fall, it's completely unreasonable to wait four months while we struggle without help. They never even sent an appointment reminder for the January appointment. The only reason I found out was they sent a bill for the missed appointment fee. I ended up getting help from the Office of Exceptional Children. Way bette... read more

This terribly unprofessional, poor excuse of an office doesn’t even notify people when they are closed or need to reschedule. Not everyone has Facebook to check if you’re open or not. Waiting months for an appointment from these subpar individuals is a disservice to the people of eastern North Carolina. Go elsewhere. How reliable can their practitioners be at treating and assessing people in need if they can’t even practice common courtesy. Disgusting!
The most hardest people to get in touch with. Rescheduled me 2 times a whole month done went by I have no understanding of was going on and it's important I get paperwork to tell me was going on I'm so upset
