We are so grateful we found this office from day one, the office manager has gone above and beyond to make us feel supported and cared for. She is always helpful, responsive, and truly makes a difference in how smoothly everything runs. The doctors are equally amazing, always available, patient, and genuinely willing to help with any concerns we have. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel this valued and heard. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking exceptional care!!

We had a very positive experience with this psychological office and their entire staff during our child’s testing process. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and professional, which helped put both our child and us at ease. This psychological office is very professional and calming. The office manager is always so polite and professional when you walk in the building. Dr. Saylors is very calm and patient and empathetic. They even have a separate waiting room for adults and a waiting room for children. Very tranquil demure atmosphere, which is perfect for mental health services. I cannot say enough good things about this psychological office. The therapist I see is truly exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and incredibly skilled at creating a safe, supportive space. From the very first visit, I felt heard and understood. The front office staff is just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and always helpful with scheduling and questions. The entire experience has been positive, and I’m so grateful for the care provided here.

Phone are never/barely answered(did get a callback after callong for a week straight). Customer service from the person who called was rude and seemed inconvenienced. Can't speak for services because I was no longer interested.
