Excellent place with great staff. I got tested for ADHD/autism as an adult here recently and it has been very helpful having a diagnosis.
Drove an hour away for an appt that has been scheduled since February. Nobody is in the office. Can't reach anyone by phone. Nobody from the office reached out to me to let me know anything. Very unprofessional and this would have been the 1st appt for my son.
Changing my review just a bit. Let me start off by saying I do like every single person that works here and they are incredibly kind. I waited a long time to be tested for ADHD/autism because I understand A LOT of people want to get tested. They were one of the very few people in North Carolina who work with adults who may/may not have autism. Everyone who works here is excellent including the front desk staff.
I went here back in September with my son to have him diagnosed for autism. They looked at him for 10 mins tops and said they would need a follow up appointment in January ( 4 months away). He starts school in the fall, it's completely unreasonable to wait four months while we struggle without help. They never even sent an appointment reminder for the January appointment.
