At first, I would have said this was a great company; however they were not clear on the policies for warranty coverage at all during our purchase, and if they had been, we probably wouldn’t have purchased new. We purchased a tractor with a backhoe attachment from them a little over a year ago. It was supposed to have a year warranty on it. We didn’t receive the backhoe attachment for 6 months because it was on back order, which means July this year would be a year.
