After we notified the property manager on Sunday afternoon that our A/C wasn't working, we got a reply stating they attempted to contact 5 local HVAC companies but only 1 responded by calling back. Although ENC Heating and Air couldn't make it out Sunday evening, they promised to be at our house at 8 AM the next day. True to their word, the technician, Chris, called us at 7:30 AM to ensure we were expecting him. He arrived on time and started work immediately. Chris has serviced rental properties for us for several years. We had a unit stop working this past summer and he showed up on a Saturday morning with very short notice to get it up and running! We can't thank him enough for the fast and reliable service he provides. Highly recommend!
