Eric was an absolute lifesaver, fitting me in on short notice. From the moment I arrived, he was so welcoming and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to understand what I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions that really worked for my hair. I am so happy with the result. My hair looks and feels amazing, and it is exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell he really cares about his clients and his work. I would definitely recommend him and will be coming back. I have been going to see Chloe for my hair for years (as has my Mom), and we have never been disappointed! Whether I am doing highlights or going darker, Chloe does an amazing job. It's also been important to me to have low-maintenance colour, which she has perfected for me! I have finer, longer hair and it has never felt damaged after visiting ENC. Love it here!!
Does the opposite of what she's told and what my photo shows her. My hair style is completely ruined at a critical time
Tried ENC for the first time a few weeks ago. It was hands down the best haircut I have had in my life.. and I have had many. Eric knew how to cut and style my hair properly and professionally. He was very meticulous and knows exactly how to cut hair. He was able to listen to my preferences and styling habits to make sure that I got the perfect cut. I had keratin treatment for my hair at Enc beauty studio. Eric and Chloe were the stylist and experts for me. I have no doubt about their expertise towards the product and process for the treatment. I have the best results with my hair for the service I got. Above all Eric and Chloe were so humble and warm to talk through out the time I spend with them at the studio.
