Luby gets credit for making our organization shine. Thank you for your excellent customer service and the team that makes this happen. We will be back for more!!!
We had a great experience working with Penny from GS-JJ! She provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process and was incredibly helpful with our bulk orders for the Greater Los Angeles Chiefs. We ordered custom challenge coins and belt buckles to support our FY27 Chiefs training, and the quality came out amazing. Our customers loved the products, and the ordering process was smooth and professional. Penny was responsive, patient, and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. Second time working with Heaven. easy to work with and very accommodating. Good quality stuff.
I had a great experience with GS-JJ! I ordered 50 beautiful pins to be given as gifts to exiting board members. From start to finish, from uploading my image to receiving a proof to requesting edits, Amber was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process!
GS-JJ was by far the best of the 5 coin companies to which I submitted my concept. Their design, artwork, ease to work with and incorporate my changes, and quick production was outstanding. I worked with Nancy. She was outstanding: fast communication, patient, and demonstrated an honest effort to understand and incorporate my requests. Their cost was a bit higher than the other companies, but the quality of the coin made it a much better value.
