Great experience the very first time. I had ordered an ionizer online for pickup at this location. I live in Bay Shore, Long Island. I thought this would be a warehouse or some shipping/receiving location. Parking was a big issue because I didn't know there is a parking lot under the building on 33rd St. But once I got to the office, I was there for the next 3 hours, of my own choice.
