They should not be allowed to claim themselves as non profit. They take 95% of your TOTAL income. For every $100 you make, you keep $5 and they keep $95! Leaving you no way to purchase clothing, haircuts, OTC items, or any other items you work hard to earn for to just give it away to them.
I've worked At Enable thats located in Princeton For a couple of years now And I Do Not Recommend anyone taking their family member there!!!! The Work place is Hostile, they don't care about the Resident Needs, Some of the homes the residents get abused, the company do not pay their staff well, they would fire any employees with no warning it doesn't matter how many years you've worked there company. Compassionate people!
HR is awful and rude, and they don't appreciate their employees. This company does not do what's best for their consumers, and they don't care about their employees. I was wrongfully fired for days I requested off in advance, one of these days being my uncles funeral, who was autistic. They deemed it as a no call no-show even though they knew in advance because I didn't have PTO. I had proof of the funeral, but they didn't even set up a meeting or anything.
