I had constant communication with Trinidad for well over 2 weeks regarding a Chrysler 300 he had listed recently. Beautiful car. We were supposed to come down to see the vehicle and more than likely purchase the vehicle on multiple occasions but he kept giving excuses-it's in the shop, the guys took it to be washed-it's getting fixed, blah blah blah. Worst experience in this dealership. Lack of communication & charge me with a car loaner & took the title from my folder without letting me know. I just realize it today when I get to revenue to get it register.
