Absolutely worthless transport company... Had a ride set up with them, they lied about showing up, lied to Mtm or whoever that I was a no show as I was standing outside my building, no call, no text, no notification the previous day or day of ride, they were and are absolutely worthless as I stand outside my house getting soaked waiting on a ride from a lazy, lying transport company that called me in as a no show at my house. Ron was absolutely wonderful! We have used EnRoute multiple times to take our father to appointments. Ron was right on time, friendly, kind and compassionate! He literally escorted us door to door! We will definitely use their services again and request Ron!!!!!
