I cannot express how amazing it has been in just this post alone but I will try. I needed to find cheaper transport than what I had been using for my mom (dialysis patient). Someone in my local FB group recommended En Route, and I'm mad I didn't come across them sooner! They have gone above and beyond in helping me get my mom to and from her appointments, and they call to check in when she's been in the hospital, which other companies don't do. I recommend En Route to everyone.

Absolutely worthless transport company... Had a ride set up with them, they lied about showing up, lied to Mtm or whoever that I was a no show as I was standing outside my building, no call, no text, no notification the previous day or day of ride, they were and are absolutely worthless as I stand outside my house getting soaked waiting on a ride from a lazy, lying transport company that called me in as a no show at my house.
