I had another company tell me my ECM motor was broken and was going to charge me $600 for a new one and an additional $400 for a one time use tool to reprogram the motor for my AC unit. I couldn't believe it so I contacted EN Blue for a second opinion and they told me their technicians are already equipped with the proper tools and do not charge their customers for their tools. E.N. Blue was recommended by a friend... I phoned them and they showed up the next day to troubleshoot the A/C issue, and gave me a written quote before he left. With-in 2 hours E.N Blue called and booked an appointment for the following day to replace the evaporator coil and recharge the system. They showed up on time and the price was reasonable as to what I expected to pay. Excellent turn-key operation. They will definitely get the job to replace my furnace that will be coming due in the next few years. Great job guys
They installed my ERV. Some small hiccups getting it installed, but EN blue was always professional. Never felt pressured for a sale or something I didn't need.
Absolutely wonderful Team, would highly recommend! During the most recent heatwave (June 2025) I contacted E.N. Blue, after reading terrific reviews for this local HVAC Team. Our AC had stopped working, and despite being very busy, they were able to send out a Technician at the end of the day. Amazing experience, thanks to Brandon! Our 21 year old AC stopped working during this 36° heatwave. We couldn’t get any one to come out …but thanks to our Facebook community group, I saw recommendations for EN Blue. I called and Brandon returned my call within 2 minutes. He said he would be over in 20 mins. This was 830pm. He saw that the capacitor was blown, replaced it fast and got our trusty old AC working again.
