I was dealing with a so-called sales rep named Marc Page. He was very unprofessional. I will not go into detail because I feel it will not make any difference. By his actions I willn’t be having them install my Furance.

We have been clients of En Bleue for over 15 years. Recently we had them supply and install a new heat pump. For a completely unknown reason, the new unit created electromagnetic interference with our Jen-Air range, more specifically to the right front element, causing an annoying clicking sound to be heard whenever the heat pump's motor would kick in. I had another company tell me my ECM motor was broken and was going to charge me $600 for a new one and an additional $400 for a one time use tool to reprogram the motor for my AC unit. I couldn't believe it so I contacted EN Blue for a second opinion and they told me their technicians are already equipped with the proper tools and do not charge their customers for their tools.
