The real test of a company comes not when everything goes according to plan, but when there is a problem. With my furnace installation there was a misunderstanding that resulted in my not being satisfied with the installation. As soon as I advised the company, they promised me that they would fix the concern, and they did. Almost immediately a technician was sent back to my house and he fixed the problem. I am very happy with both the installation and E.N. Blue's concern for the customer.
I was dealing with a so-called sales rep named Marc Page. He was very unprofessional. I will not go into detail because I feel it will not make any difference. By his actions I willn’t be having them install my Furance.
We have been clients of En Bleue for over 15 years. Recently we had them supply and install a new heat pump. For a completely unknown reason, the new unit created electromagnetic interference with our Jen-Air range, more specifically to the right front element, causing an annoying clicking sound to be heard whenever the heat pump's motor would kick in.
