This location was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. The original person I rented a suite from turned out to be a con artist and ran off with over $10k in rent money and is still an active realtor/broker, his name is David rogers at Diligence realty . The new owners response time to the renters concerns was deplorable. Once I was moving out they sent me 3 eviction notices which was the most I’d heard from them the entire time I was there.
