Emvera and the guys provide great quality machines and service to everyone in the business that I know! Emvera has made my many years in the esthetic world as a M.D. much more successful ! I have continued to use lasers from Emvera and can be messaged anytime about my success with the entire company.
I have had a very difficult time dealing with the service department at Emvera. I purchased the Aesthelite IPL device in Dec 2015. Just after the warranty expired one of the handpieces stopped working. I have sent it to Georgia twice to get it fixed, and though now it does work, it has a part loose and rattles-- not very confidence-building for our clients. The "Service" department consists of one guy named Jeff who does not answer the phone. I would NOT purchase any device from this company.
I am so blessed to be a part of this awesome company. Thank you for all your hard work to support those of us out in the field.
