Trust the reviews, at least for X-rays. Went in this morning to be told the equipment is not working. The place needs a better system to inform patients and figure out issues with the machine.
I do not recommend Dr. Hal Feldman at all. The entire appointment felt extremely rushed, and I didn’t feel like we were properly evaluated. During the initial check-up, the doctor barely took any time to examine or explain anything thoroughly. When I returned for the report, it was the same rushed experience. There was little to no communication or clarity about the results. Overall, it felt like we were just being moved along without genuine care or attention
My first visit to this office was fine, but every visit after that has been a complete disaster. On my second visit, I waited an hour and 30 minutes for an X-ray, only to be told that the machine had been down the entire time, and no one bothered to inform me. On my third visit, I waited two hours to see my doctor, only to be told she still had three people ahead of me. Unfortunately had a bad experience with this facility, everything was fine before they started sedating my daughter, no preparation for a kid and they didn’t even give her a time to calm down the assistance also forced her with pushing that tube and mask to her face she was so scared and had a bad experiences which will affect her for rest of her life.
