We had an ongoing problem associated with tree roots continually breaking through and blocking a sewer pipe which was difficult to access. Having decided that we no longer wanted to arrange for the pipe to be cleared and the roots to be cut away every 6 months, we approached Emu Plumbing to see if they could reline the pipe. Emu Plumbing did an excellent job repairing and replacing broken and root blocked pipes under the shower in our previously renovated bathroom. The team, led by Al and supported by Sebastian and Jack, solved numerous problems before relining an old pipe and connecting that to new PVC pipes, Al did the initial inspection weeks ago, taking numerous photos and some videos to identify the problems. I had a frustrating experience with Emu Plumbing due to poor communication and unexpected work on my property. I was initially informed only about pipe relining, with no mention of an Inspection Opening (IO) being installed in the middle of the yard.
