I have always had a very good experience at this facility. I have been seeing Dr. Cho Win and she has been good with me for some years. The receptionists are lovely. The nurses who do bloodpressure and blood test are lovely and helpful. I am so glad to have doctors in my suburb. The facility is clean and tidy. I like it.
Appalling. Only good thing was the receptionist who was exceptional at putting out spot fires. Last year myself and siblings became involved in Mum's care because of the negligence of the doctors. Firstly the young one, ignored Mum's complaint of weight loss and fatigue, misdiagnosed my 91 yr old mother with incorrect medications, resulting in her collapsing at home, unconscious and being rushed to hospital seriously depleted of sodium and potassium which resulted in her being malnourished, suffering from delirium and confus... read more
Refusing to take new patients who are local to the suburb and in need of care is a joke, especially with next day availability posted on Hot Docs. Cut off by reception when trying to explain that the care received elsewhere hadn't been satisfactory but again, was more concerned with calendars then providing care.
The receptionist here was extremely rude to me. I was in medical pain and turned away as they don't take new patients on board. I asked how do I get help she shrugged and didn't care, neglecting her duty of care. The least she could have done was put me in touch with some doctors who bulk bill and are taking patients on or put me on a waiting list. What kind of person in a medical profession leaves someone sick and in pain with no resources to aid their suffering? Cruel.
Dr cho win is very rude and unpleasant. She has no idea about tapering off antidepressants and no idea what a compound chemist does or is. She treats you like you are stupid. It's sad when a patient knows more than the doctor. Dr cho win please stay up-to-date with the new knowledge. I received nothing but she still got her money for less than 5 minutes work
