Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. We had a confirmed appointment for 9:30am and waited until 10:00am before he finally arrived. When he did show up, his attitude was very rude and unhelpful. He was short-spoken, condescending, and showed no respect at all. What made it worse was how rude he was around my children, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, very disappointing service and I would not recommend dealing with someone who treats customers this way.

I have been to Shane for a few years and had nil issues. My foster daughter recently bought an old car and I sent her to Shane as I thought he would take care of her. He did the Pink Slip and there were a couple of things that required fixing. I asked him for a price and he said he would get a price later that day or early next morning. I rang late the next afternoon and he said he was busy and would have a price by the following day.
