Shane is an exceptional mechanic, and I would recommend him to anyone. I've never had any issues with his workshop in the 10 years I've been going there.
Amazing customer service! I have been dealing with Shane for 10+years, he goes out of his way to help my wife and i. He is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I get all 4 of our families cars serviced with him (New & Old). Cant recommend his service highly enough.
Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. We had a confirmed appointment for 9:30am and waited until 10:00am before he finally arrived. When he did show up, his attitude was very rude and unhelpful. He was short-spoken, condescending, and showed no respect at all. What made it worse was how rude he was around my children, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, very disappointing service and I would not recommend dealing with someone who treats customers this way.
