Very poor workmanship!!!!
If I could give a zero I would. Our camper is only four years old and the wheels fell off. Took it to an engineer who told us that the welds hadn't penetrated. We were extremely lucky that we weren't injured. Spoke to Allan from Emu who offered $3000 for the repairs that cost us twice as much (luckily my hubby is very mechanical minded). When we agreed we didn't hear back from them again. So no help from Emu at all and totally ignorant to a major fault with their campers. If I could give a -5 * rating I would, I do NOT recommend EMU Campers to anyone the worst customer service I have received in a long time. We purchased a EMU camper and we didnt receive the floor for the anex room and have been advised this is an extra that we have to pay for. As we want it to close the anex in completly we paid for the floor to then be told there is a 6-8 week wait and we would have it before Easter we are now the end of June 6 months later after paying for the floor and still haven't received the floor and... read more
