We had a large HVAC company come out for an AC tune-up, and they ended up replacing our capacitor. However, after they left, our AC wasn’t cooling properly and was constantly humming. He did such a great job — he was thorough, professional, and understanding. We have 2 small children and he had to work around them and he did so with ease and kindness. He even stayed after he fixed the AC to make sure it worked properly, and gave us instructions on how to keep it from happening again!
