EMT went the extra mile on all aspects of our project from insurance claim through final project delivery. I once thought as a 30-year homeowner that I understood enough about roofing, storm damage, etc., that I would be capable of meeting with an insurance companies adjuster and get covered what was needed (and fair). I was wrong. In todays insurance market I am clearly ill prepared to do that on my own and will call EMT to navigate this on all future storm damage issues we might sustain.
