They aren't even good enough for one star. EMT Construction is a Division of Northwest Property & Financial Management Corporation. They do all the work for our HOA. They were assigned to fix a gap in a sidewalk. The material they used doesn't cure. They need to read directions on how to use it, because it hasn't cured in 3 weeks. My 81 yr old Mom walker sunk in it and she fell (association knows about this). They need to take responsibility and fix it correctly.
