My cousin had a minor fender bender and this company showed up. No one was hurt and they refused service, they then sent her, her husband and her brother a bill for 300 dollars. This is ridiculous and is a money grab. My cousins did not call the ambulance and did not get treated or transported.
My daughter got hit by a vehicle and Warren PD called them and no service was done and everyone got a bill for 298.00 because they did not want to go to the hospitals. This is completely unacceptable and fraud the insurance companies for no service completed. 1 ambulance for 5 people and they are charging everyone 298.00. This is going to be turned in for fraud.
I never have them again . I call make a payment they say will pd by debt ca rd got pd more..on debt card 25.00 they told make 5.00 I got get money order . I do not send money order never get there
This place must be run by crooks. I was in an accident where someone else was at fault. I did not call the ambulance (a witness did) and was not seen by the EMTs whatsoever, so they did not provide me a service. One month after the accident I get a $295 dollar bill in the mail for a “response fee”. Laughable! They said to turn it into my insurance for them to pay, what a joke. Should’ve billed the at fault party. I’ve sent to my ins and the at fault and my lawyer and they still send me a bill.
