I have asked that they bill my insurance 4x now. They ignore me and send me the bill. I hope they read these reviews because they do not answer their phone or acknowledge mail. The EMT was very nice. But the billing side needs some serious work. PS: I left a voice mail - Please check it and bill properly if you wish to be paid....
Complete Thievery, Unethical, and Illegal Activity - They Will Bill You for nothing!!! I was in a car wreck. Other driver was cited for causing the wreck. I received transport from this company in Feb. of 2022. I was billed as a basic life support (BLS), but they never did an actual set of vitals. I do not disagree I owe them for a transport, but I have contacted them via phone, email and mail and they will not respond to me. I have never asked for the bill to be lower, I have only inquired as to what the BLS protocol entails. Does your BLS transport level require your employees to take a set of vital signs? Bad with communication. Applied for a job here because they said they were urgently hiring and needed people, i was 100% qualified for the position, have the education, etc, we had an interview, they acted interested and said they would call me either way within the next 2 days, so i waited 3 days and then emailed them asking if i could have an update on my interview because i hadn’t heard back, and i told them that i was extremely interested, and never got a response.
