I have a disability called Cerebral Palsy which is high functioning. This past August I was in the hospital for a mental health issue, and was given medication. I had a severe allergic reaction and my mother called the Emergency services. One particular person named Heather and a man was very rude and unprofessional. They treated me like I was on drugs. They slammed my body around, made fun of my disability. My family and I felt very disrespected. Heather should be fired.

Had to be lifted from floor after sliding off bed , both Girls were very polite and helpful

I would leave this company with 0 stars if I could. They came to an auto accident I was involved in where I refused treatment services several times. My fiance had to be transported to the hospital due to the nature of her injury. The paramedic told me I could accompany her to the hospital. Still in a state of shock from the accident it took me about a mile or so down the road to realize they put me in the wrong ambulance.
