This company is a joke , with no respect for the ill . My wife was picked up by them n shes git copd n mental issues n they took her out the ambulance n put her on the floor in the cold. I heard her yelling its cold n it was pain ful n the driver said shes ok, like she knows what she has . N was rude to me as well , trust me god stopped me from being a ????i complained to them about the treatment n behavior with the ill n spouse. They should have body cams mandatory
The representatives are rude and unprofessional. One of their guys lost my sons glass on the way to the hospital and when I called to talk to them the representative was so rude and telling me there's nothing they can do about yet the glasses are prescription and take long time to replace.
These guys lost my sons glasses while transporting him to the hospital. when We called them they were so rude and disrespectful. So, unprofessional.
Well my 1st ride, the one attendant said something off the hook and he jokingly pinched me after telling me a joke because I left the front door unlocked. He stated that I could have a man in my bedroom if I had been positioned in my bedroom. I mentioned that I'm widowed almost 6 years now. Better training is mandatory. I apologize because I'm not sure if this is the ambulance that took me but I know the EMTs worked for this one too. Other than this time they are 5 star experiences. I have had good experiences with here and for family members. This was such a sad experience though. I was having stroke like symptoms of weakness in my arms, not being able to pull myself up and falling. I also couldn't smile for 10 minutes. I decided to call an ambulance.
