Unpleasant to be treated by. They had a good response time; however, they did no preliminary assessment before loading into the ambulance. Made me walk to the ambulance as I was sobbing in pain, and let me continue to cry in pain the majority of the way enroute. Enroute, they did vitals, and two different ECGs. EMT suggested issue may be anxiety related, and then proceeded to compare my symptoms to one of his own medical conditions (not the same diagnosis).
Their academy is top notch if you're looking for a career in EMS, Empress is the way to go!
I never expected to be writing a review for an ambulance/EMS but here we are! I had a medical event happen while I was out, and this is the ambulance service that they called. I wish I had the name of the two staff, but they were absolutely wonderful. They truly went above and beyond on my short ride and didn't make me feel embarrassed or weird.
This company is a joke , with no respect for the ill . My wife was picked up by them n shes git copd n mental issues n they took her out the ambulance n put her on the floor in the cold. I heard her yelling its cold n it was pain ful n the driver said shes ok, like she knows what she has . N was rude to me as well , trust me god stopped me from being a ????i complained to them about the treatment n behavior with the ill n spouse. They should have body cams mandatory
The representatives are rude and unprofessional. One of their guys lost my sons glass on the way to the hospital and when I called to talk to them the representative was so rude and telling me there's nothing they can do about yet the glasses are prescription and take long time to replace.
