Boyfriend went in for genetic testing on a Monday. They said he would have the results in 2 days (Wednesday). He has called at least once a day beginning on Friday. It is now 8 days later and he has called 3 times today and left 3 messages and NO return call or answer on the phone. They have never told him if he has to come get the results from them, if they mail them to him or how to get them, they just say they will notify him..... All they will tell him is that they don't have them yet or they just got sent out.
In and out in less than 10 mins. Super friendly staff and excellent customer service.
Customer service is not their strong suit... But very fast.
