My device stopped working after 2 years...o.k., but despite me telling emsi I no longer wanted or needed any materials they kept sending them...for 5 years and counting, I even PCSd 3 times and they still found me. Once per quarter a bill for $140 bucks was sent to TriCare, now I retired from service and they're still sending and trying to bill tricare, or me.
