Employee was very pleasant and got me in and out in great time!
Be late for your appointment. Their only concern is TSA’s measurements of wait time. So if you are 10 minutes late you will get top priority over someone 10 minutes early, because on paper you look like you waited. Rude careless govt contractors with no oversight.
