I deal with Emser tile a lot as a project manager in this area. I’m truly impressed by the quality of the team this company has put together. The front desk personnel Alexis and Steve make picking up orders a breeze. Fred, the operations manager has walked me step by step through material sourcing issues and has been an all around great help. Really a fan of these people, they make the hectic world of construction run a bit smoother.

We went to the Emser Tile gallery in Sterling to see and select tiles for a condo project in Florida that has Emser as a vendor. Even though we were not buying from the Sterling store the staff was friendly and helpful. On two separate days Mark took the time to answer our questions, help make our selections and choose grout for a dozen different tiles throughout the condo. Talk about great customer service. Wonderful staff to work with, largest selection of tiles I've come across and what a pleasure it is to do business with these people. I highly recommend them!!!
